We sent a Marine off to Valhalla yesterday afternoon, and I was simply amazed at how much better I felt on the way back to work after the funeral. Friday night I slept better than I have in some time.
If only it were possible to get the "Code Pink" idiots to get to have a week like mine. I don't think they would have the strength to protest.

Lots of "got to do's" today, and it's time to get at them.
Hank: TypePad doesn't make it easy. I think you have a little more control over the image size if you go to the "Edit HTML" Tab in the composition window. But then you have to know how a little HTML. Anyway, the poem reads just fine in the pop-up window.
I'm glad you got some sleep, Hank. Your first paragraph reads like you got your sleep at work. Good a place as any, I guess.
