Mazurland is in the process of trying to accommodate itself to the idea of John McCain's likely nomination by the Republican party, and his probable eventual Presidency. One of the things a McCain Presidency will bring is a greater focus on the problem of global warming. Now, most conservatives do not deny that global warming is occurring, nor even that there may be a man-made component to it. Where we disagree with liberals is on whether there are other larger, natural sources of this warming, such as the sun, and on what to do about it.
Another area of disagreement between conservatives and liberals is over what to do about the side-effects of global warming, some of which could prove to be grave threats to the population as a whole. I am speaking here specifically about the likely increase in zombie attacks. Now, liberals are known for not always seeing a threat to society until it is quite late. And no doubt, there will be an accommodationist sentiment among many liberals. Indeed, Democrats have been filling their rolls with zombies for years. But we conservatives know the danger of the zombie threat. And, since the government is unlikely to be able to do anything about it, it will fall on individuals and small groups to organize against the threat. Some people have very good plans. We at Mazurland have been aware of the zombie threat for some time. We know that the cornerstone of any good plan is the ability to defend yourself and your loved ones. We know what must be done: Buy more ammo! So, until the sun cycles through and solves both the problem of global warming and zombie attacks, Mazurland urges you to arm up! And buy more ammo!

When the zombie apocalypse occurs, I envision my Colt LE6920 as being my weapon of choice. With 30 round mags, I can fire more frequently and hope for the head shot necessary to kill them. Unfortunately, the price for 5.56 ammo has gone way up, now almost $0.50 per round. Thankfully, I got a pretty good stockpile when prices were cheaper.
