Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
-1 Peter 1:3
Thanks, Chris. Happy Easter to you, too, and to all of Mazurland.
The image is startlingly beautiful. Matthias Gruenwald (c. 1515). I thought, when I saw it, "That looks like WIlliam Blake" (Much later, mid-19th Century). So I Googled "Blake Resurrection". I found it was really Gruenwald on a page that described it thus: "Coloring is much like William Blake." Being married to an art history major at least helps me narrow these things down...

Happy Riester--I mean Easter, to all the Mazur's.
Marty--other than teaching, and not to knock the wife's degree or study--Which I am sure is extensive, what kind of jobs does an Art History major qualify for?

Nothing whatsoever. I don't know exactly why she majored in it other than she likes art. She ended up getting a Masters in Library Science. She's worked all kinds of library-type jobs over the years, from public libraries to high school to industrial to specialized. State College is home to the American Philatelic Society, one of the largest stamp collector's organizations in the world. They have a research library and she worked there for a number of years. Probably the best job, in terms of pay, that she had was when she worked as a "Logistics Systems Analyst" for an aerospace firm when we lived out west. It was a fancy term for somebody who was really good at organizing other people's project related stuff: drawings, blueprints, documentation, manuals, etc.
